This notice is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (the “Privacy Code”) and arts. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), with the aim of giving you a clear and transparent explanation of how your personal data is processed when you browse or use this website.

Data we collect
While you browse the site, or when you voluntarily choose to create an account, make a purchase or request information, the Controller may collect several types of personal data, including:
- first name, last name, home or delivery address;
- telephone number and email address;
- tax details and information required for payment;
- content you enter into the forms on the site;
- browsing information such as pages visited, products viewed and links clicked, as well as technical data such as IP address, device type or browser used.
Providing this data is optional, but without it we may be unable to deliver the services requested, process an order or reply to an enquiry.
Purposes of processing
Personal data collected is processed for the following purposes:
Contractual and legal obligations
Your data is used to manage orders, process payments, arrange shipping, handle returns and provide after-sales assistance. This also covers accounting, tax and administrative obligations, for which the Controller is required by law to retain certain data for set periods.
Customer account management
If you create a personal profile, your data is used to give you access to your reserved area, view your orders and change your preferences.
Marketing communications
With your consent, the Controller may send newsletters and communications about special offers, promotions, events or new products. Consent is always optional, specific and can be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@laborsettara.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every communication.
Statistical analysis
The site may collect information that helps us understand how users browse, which pages are most visited and which products attract the most interest. This analysis is carried out using anonymised data, or with your consent where third-party services are involved.
Legal defence and disputes
The Controller may also process your data to protect its rights in the event of breach of contract, claims for damages or non-payment, always respecting the principle of proportionality.
Place and method of processing
Personal data is processed at the Controller’s registered office using paper, electronic and telematic tools. Appropriate measures are always adopted to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the information.
The Controller does not transfer data outside the European Union. Should it use suppliers operating outside the EEA in future, you will be informed and all safeguards required by the GDPR will be applied.
Data retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. In particular:
- order and invoicing data is kept for up to 10 years;
- account data remains active until you request its deletion;
- data used for marketing purposes is kept until consent is withdrawn and in any case for no longer than 24 months;
- data relating to disputes is kept for as long as needed to protect the Controller’s rights;
- cookies are kept as set out in the related Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You may exercise the rights set out in arts. 15–22 of the GDPR at any time, including the right to:
- obtain confirmation as to whether your data is being processed;
- access your personal data and request a copy of it;
- request the correction or updating of inaccurate data;
- request erasure of your data in the cases provided by law;
- restrict processing or object to it;
- request data portability;
- withdraw consent previously given.
Requests can be sent to info@laborsettara.com, including requests to withdraw consent. The Controller replies within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) if you believe the processing is unlawful.
